BY REQUESTING A COMMISSION, YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Payments are USD through PayPal via invoice before the sketch is started.

  • I have all rights to my artwork & may use it for art examples and advertising.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • I have the right to cancel & refund your commission for any reason at any time.


ART COMMISSIONS

You may request a refund IF:

  • 1 month has passed with no progress on the commission.

  • The commission is only at or before the sketch stage. If at the sketch stage, I will modify it for personal use or post it as a YCH - the commissioner will not have permission to use the unpaid sketch.

The owner of the commissioned art MAY:

  • Use the image as an icon/profile picture, pagedoll, forum signature, etc.

  • THE OWNER OF THE ART may put the art on stickers, pins, shirts, etc. for personal, noncommercial use only.

The owner of the art commissioned art MAY NOT:

  • Make physical/digital/commercial merchandise from the art to be sold for profit.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO AI, NFT, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY USAGE.


CHARACTER DESIGNS

All sales are final on character designs.

The buyer of the character MAY:

  • Revamp, change gender, species, etc. Ask about making small edits to my art!

  • Request small design changes. BUT if you receive a design through someone else (sale, trade), I will not edit the design.

  • Split ownership is at your own risk— I will not get involved in split ownership disputes.

  • Resell/trade/gift my designs.

The owner of the character MAY NOT:

  • ABSOLUTELY NO AI, NFT, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY USAGE.

  • i'm in GMT-9 so i'm online during really weird hours

  • i have chronic nerve pain in my arms/hands & have to take long drawing breaks during flareups

  • i use CSP and a wacom intuos medium for art

  • I have been drawing digitally for 10 years - below is my first piece of digital art, done on MS Paint in 2012!!
