Terms of Service 2026

BY REQUESTING A COMMISSION, YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

Payment is in USD via Paypal invoice. I require full payment before starting the sketch.
I have all rights to my artwork & may use it for art examples and advertising.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
I have the right to cancel & refund your commission for any reason at any time.

ART COMMISSIONS

The commissioner may request a refund IF:

The commission is at the sketch state OR not started.
If refunded, the commissioner does not have permission to use the unpaid art IN ANY WAY. The sketch will be changed and reused for personal art OR a YCH.

The owner of the commissioned art MAY:

Use the image as an icon/profile picture, pagedoll, forum signature, etc.
THE OWNER OF THE ART may put the art on stickers, pins, shirts, etc. for personal, noncommercial use only.

The owner of the art commissioned art MAY NOT:

Make physical/digital/commercial merchandise from the art to be sold for profit.
ABSOLUTELY NO AI, NFT, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY USAGE.

CHARACTER DESIGNS

All sales are final on character designs.

The buyer of the character MAY:

Revamp, completely redesign, change gender, species, etc. Ask about making edits to my art!
Request small design changes within 1 month of purchase. BUT if you are not the original buyer of the design (eg. sale, trade), I will not edit the drawing.
Split ownership is at your own risk— I will not be involved in split ownership disputes.
Resell/trade/gift my designs.

The owner of the character MAY NOT:

I have had RSI in both arms since Sept 2023 - I still have weekly pain but have returned to drawing again!
I use CSP, a Wacom Intuos medium, and a Wacom 4k pen wrapped in gauze.
All of my lineart is drawn with a triangle-shaped pen!
I hate coloring & am trying very hard to learn color theory... desaturated color palettes have a grip on me...
I have been drawing digitally for 10 years - below is my first piece of digital art, done on MS Paint in 2012!!!!
